This soft anti-slip Sacred yoga mat is durable and provides good grip and insulation, even on cold floors. You can easily roll it up and it is lightweight. Moreover, the mat is made of OEKO-TEX® certified PVC, which means that it is free of phthalates, heavy metals, AZO, DOP and latex.
We recommend an extra thick yoga mat for the more quiet yoga styles where you do more reclining exercises (for example Yin Yoga, Restorative, Hatha Yoga and mindfulness). This mat is also recommended for the elderly and people with joint problems, because you will experience less pain in your back, ankles, knees, etc. on a softer, thicker surface.

Use and Care
The LG yogamat wears in after use. You want to give your mat some extra grip from the start? Then wash it before first use with a degreasing agent such as detergent, natural vinegar, or shampoo. You can also scrub your yoga mat lightly with coarse salt and rinse it thoroughly under the shower. Then roll the yoga mat firmly in a towel and press out the excess moist there as much as possible, and leave the yogamat to air dray for a a few days. Be careful with the print however, it is quite strong but it could get damaged while scrubbing.

Ich habe meine neue Yogamatte sofort ausprobiert und bin total verliebt. Noch nie hatte ich bei Fitness/ Yoga solch eine Stabilität. Alles Versprechen würden eingehalten, inkl. dem schnellen Versand :)) Einzig die Preise könnten noch etwas nach unten korrigert werden...da die Matten ja nicht all zu groß sind. Deshalb keine 5 Sterne aber das ist auch alles.

Deze mat is mijn eerste yogamat. Gekozen omdat ik het design in eerste instantie erg mooi vind. Ook omdat deze mat dik is en anti slip die ook echt aanwezig is. Erg prettig, stevig en zacht in gebruik. Heel erg blij mee en het is het geld waard.
Heb de mat vooral uitgezocht om de print en die is ook echt heel mooi. Verder fijne dikke mat.
