The TPE yoga mat has a floral relief on the surface on both sides and can therefore be used on both sides. This yoga mat has a light green color on one side and a dark green color on the other.

No harmful substances are used during the production process and the material is free of BPA, plasticizers and other toxic substances.

Use and Care

Because this Love Generation eco yoga mat is biodegradable, you need to handle it differently than a PVC yoga mat. The best way to clean the TPE mat is to gently go over it with a damp cloth.

If the mat needs a more thorough cleaning, you can mix a small amount of acid-free detergent (e.g. Neutral, Biotex or green soap) with water and then go over the mat with a soft cloth.

• The yoga mat cannot be washed in the washing machine.
• If stains appear on the mat, you can remove them by gently rubbing the stain with a wet cloth. Be careful not to rub too hard as hard wiping will leave marks on the surface that cannot be removed.
• Do not place anything heavy on the mat for long periods (e.g. a meditation bench or chair), as this may leave a permanent imprint.
• Better not fold the mat or store it dented. Despite its resilience, this can produce grooves.
• Do not use/leave the mat in the sun or in a warm place, and better not use the mat when you have just applied lotion (e.g. body lotion, hand cream, etc.), as this can stain the mat.
• The TPE yoga mat may give off a slight synthetic odour in the beginning. The smell will disappear by itself but we recommend airing the mat unrolled for a few days.
